Custom Massage

Custom massage incorporates Swedish massage techniques with a special emphasis on “focus areas” (regions experiencing pain, tension, stiffness, or soreness). These focus areas typically require firmer pressure and additional time to effectively target the muscles and connective tissues that Swedish massage alone may not reach.
